Terms and Conditions
Read through these terms and conditions before you start using our Service.
Interpretation and Definitions
Words in capital letters have specific meanings defined below. They apply the same way whether used in singular or plural. Here's what we mean by each term in these Terms and Conditions: • Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or has common control with another entity. • Country is Washington, United States. • Company (also "we", "us", or "our") is Swiftbridge. • Device is anything you use to access the Service. Computers, phones, tablets, whatever. • Service means the Swiftbridge Website. • Terms and Conditions (or just "Terms") is this entire agreement between you and the Company about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service is content from someone else that we might display or link to. • Website is the Swiftbridge site. • You means whoever is accessing the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions control how you use this Service and form the agreement between you and us. They set out what you can and can't do, and what we're responsible for. Using the Service means you accept and follow these Terms. Everyone who visits or uses the Service is bound by them. When you access or use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If you don't agree with any part, don't use the Service. You're confirming you're at least 18 years old. Anyone younger than that can't use the Service.
Links to Other Websites
The Service might link to websites or services run by other companies. We don't own or control them. We're not responsible for what's on those sites. That includes their content, privacy policies, how they operate, or anything else. If you use those sites or buy things from them, we're not liable for any damage or loss that results.
Termination
We can cut off your access to the Service whenever we want, without warning, if you break these Terms or for any other reason. Once that happens, you can't use the Service anymore.
Limitation of Liability
No matter what happens, you can't recover more than what you've actually paid us through the Service. If you haven't paid anything, the cap is a hundred dollars. We're not responsible for special damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or anything like that. This includes indirect or consequential damages from using the Service, third-party software, or anything connected to these Terms. This applies even if we knew the damage might happen or even if our limited liability doesn't actually help you.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes as is, with all its problems and limitations. No promises. We're not making any warranties about it, whether express, implied, or required by law. That means we don't guarantee the Service will work, that the information is accurate, that it won't have errors, or that it's free of viruses and malware. We're not claiming the Service will run without interruption or that everything you find here is reliable and current.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country apply to these Terms and how you use the Service, not including its conflict of law rules. Local and national laws might also apply. If something goes wrong or you have a complaint, you agree to try working it out with us first by reaching out directly.
Compliance & Regulations
For users in the European Union: You have the protections that your home country's consumer laws require. If you're in the United States: You're confirming that you're not in a country under U.S. embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and you're not on any U.S. government restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, we'll fix it to make it work as much as possible under the law. Everything else stays in effect. If we don't enforce something in these Terms one time, that doesn't mean we're giving up the right to enforce it later or to enforce anything else.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms might have been translated, but the original English version is what counts if there's a disagreement. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least thirty days' notice before the new version takes effect. Keep using the Service after that and you're agreeing to the updated Terms. These terms became effective August 20, 2026.
